When one country, such as Russia during Soviet times, suppresses a number of other countries, it may seem as if they have power over those countries, but when you suppress another country by force it is not a one-way street. It is not that you are the only one exercising power. Yes, you may be exercising power, physical power and material power, but there is a return current of the consciousness of the conquered nations to the nation that conquered them. Whatever happened in the outlying Soviet Republics, had an influence on the Soviet power apparatus centered in Moscow.
There was an exchange of consciousness, and it was in the beginning the Soviet Republics that raised their consciousness and demanded more freedom. This created a figure-eight flow that eventually made it possible for certain leaders, even as dense as their consciousness was, so that even in the few moments that they had where they were not completely drunk with vodka, they could still make a realistic assessment and say: “It is time to end this; it is time to end this.”
There are indeed situations on earth where you can look at certain power structures and certain civilizations or empires and you can say—you must say: “It is time to end this.” The manifestation of power is such that if the people do not voluntarily end it, it will become subject to the second law of thermodynamics that breaks down that which is out of touch with the growth in the consciousness of the people. This is why you have seen certain past civilizations that seemed to be indestructible. They had lasted for decades or centuries but suddenly something happened, either from within or without, that caused them to collapse within a very short period of time.
Why violent empires are allowed to rise
There is sometimes a need to say: “It is time to end this cycle.” There is a very important principle, and it is this: Free will is such that whatever people desire to outpicture in the material world, they must be allowed to outpicture it for a time. They need to see the physical manifestation of the ideas that they have come to accept, even sometimes subconscious ideas and matrices.
Consider an idea that will be shocking to many people. You can take an empire such as the Nazi Empire, and you can look at the history of the rise of Hitler and how he came to power. You can look at how he took power by force and deceit, by all means possible. You may say that he stole that power or that he forced the Germans people and the German nation into submitting to his reign, but you cannot force any nation against the consciousness of the people. It would not have been possible for Hitler to take power in 1933 unless he had locked in to and ridden the wave of what had been going on in the collective consciousness of the time.
The collective consciousness is driven by individual people, and this means that if you look at a part of the population, such as the Germans in the 1930’s, there was a certain percentage among them that were to some degree the open doors for the flow of higher awareness. They were not truly the open doors in the sense that they were completely clear, but they had the ability to receive some stream of energy, which filtered through their beings and was then expressed through their outer consciousness. This means that the flow of energy was colored by their beliefs, and even they were to some degree swept up in that collective movement in the German consciousness. They were not always consciously aware of what they were doing, but they did not have enough clarity to recognize just how far out of line Hitler was with higher awareness. Thus, they could not form enough of a counterbalance to prevent that swing where the majority of the people actually started supporting Hitler.
After this shift had happened, regardless of how it was brought about, then the many people that received some higher awareness, their energy became a force – an occult, mystical force such as Hitler was aware of – that supported the rise of the Nazi regime. Naturally, the rise of the Nazi regime or the rise of the communist regime were not ideal, but once the shift had happened, free will had to be allowed to outpicture itself.
In the very beginning the Nazi regime seemed to be unstoppable, even after the war had started. It was unstoppable for two reasons, partly through the killing and the torture that forced the release of light but also because they were riding the wave of the release of the energy through individual people. It is important to recognize that there is no restriction possible of free will and how it outplays itself.
It is only through people in embodiment that the outplaying of free will can be directed in different directions. Only when a critical mass of people shift their awareness, can certain physical calamities be avoided. There were not enough people in Germany who shifted their consciousness so that the Second World War and the ultimate military defeat of the Nazi regime could be avoided. This could have happened if enough people, the ones who were the open doors for higher awareness, had shifted their consciousness during the 1930’s. It could have happened almost up to the very point that the war began, but there were not enough that shifted their consciousness.
Why the Cold War did not become hot
After the Second World War there was, of course, the Cold War where there was the potential for war between the Soviet Union and the Western Block, primarily the United States and NATO. Why did this not happen? We must first understand why there even was the confrontation between the blocks. This was again because there were certain people, both in the Soviet Union and in the West, who were able to receive some energy but who supported their respective power structures. It was by no means inevitable that the West would set itself up in such direct confrontation with the Soviet Union. There were other ways that the West could have responded to this situation.
Because there were people in the West, especially in the United States, who had a certain level of higher awareness but who were deceived by the dualistic mindset, the black-and-white thinking, the epic mindset of wanting to fight an epic battle, then there was this confrontation. Of course, there were people with that mindset in the Soviet Union.
It is necessary to recognize that something is not in accordance with the higher principles, the higher potential. If you go into the black-and-white, dualistic, epic mindset that wants to label it and judge it as wrong (something that must be destroyed), you are not helping the cause of higher awareness anymore, even if you see yourself as a progressive person. You will not manifest the Age of Higher Awareness by destroying anything, even if it is out of alignment with the vision and the principles for the golden age. You will manifest the Age of Higher Awareness when, instead of seeking to destroy, you seek to transcend. You seek to help other people transcend instead of labeling and judging them as being subhuman or as being expendable for the cause.
Seeing other people as subhumans
How many people in the United States of America looked at the Russian people not as human beings as themselves but as some kind of non-human? If they had to be killed by the millions in order to destroy communism and the Evil Empire, then that was acceptable to them. Well, it was never acceptable to higher awareness, as it was never acceptable that many among the Soviet Leaders and even many of the Russian people looked the same way upon people in the West, namely that they were expendable for the glorious cause of spreading world communism around the world.
This mindset cannot bring the Age of Higher Awareness. It does not matter whether you define the most sophisticated religion, philosophy, civilization and governmental apparatus ever seen on this planet, you will not manifest the Age of Higher Awareness by seeking to make that apparatus destroy all others, destroy diversity. If you wish to be part of the Age of Higher Awareness, if you wish to be among the forerunners of it, you need to look at this mindset.
Why do you label other people as being subhumans or being expendable? Because you are in the mindset of judging according to the standard defined by the manipulators and the dualistic mindset. You do not see that regardless of the outer bodies and whether they look different from you, regardless of the outer personalities that come from culture and upbringing; in the heart all people share a universal bond. This universal bond in the heart can cause people to unite while they still allow their individual, regional, cultural and natural expressions to flourish.
When you see beyond the material and see the immaterial bond between all people, you are not threatened by other material expressions being different from your own. You rejoice in diversity. If you see something that is not the highest potential, then you do not go in and judge and beat people over the head and try to make them feel fearful. You inspire them. You inspire by embodying the principles that you see, by expressing them, by being higher awareness in action. This is how you can be a forerunner for the Age of Higher Awareness.
It might be helpful for you to let go of the mindset that wants to label anything as wrong. Look at yourselves and how you have been brought up in almost any society to have this standard of right and wrong. Instead, transcend it and see that you do not actually improve things by saying: “This is wrong, this needs to be destroyed.” You improve things by acknowledging the higher vision and saying: “How can we transcend the old? How can we help others transcend the old? How can we all do what is more than we did before?”
